Pastor Paul Marquez stands outside the new location of the Woodburn Evangelical Church. The church is the former home of Simon Woodburn Funeral Chapel. Although the church moved in Dec. 28, a dedication ceremony wasn’t held until Jan. 12. The church still owns its property on Newberg Highway.
