Mount Angel’s first-ever Hazelnut Fest declared a hit

The first-ever Hazelnut Festival Dec. 1-2 boosted sales far beyond expectations for multiple vendors, including Bruce Hunt of Hunt’s Hazelnuts, located outside Gervais.
Mount Angel is known for its annual Oktoberfest and even for its Wurstfest, but this year was the first it took a crack at the Hazelnut Fest.
