Hundreds of people at a time would wait several hours in the cold outside Coach Factory Outlet looking for a ‘Moonlight Madness’ deal. Overall crowds were up from last year as traffic lined the road outside Woodburn Company Stores several hours before the gates opened at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
WOODBURN — The early returns are in, and the annual Woodburn Company Stores (WCS) “Moonlight Madness” 24-hour sales event appeared to be gratifying for the businesses at the famous mall on Interstate 5.
