This is certainly a time of transition for the Woodburn Independent.
Just three weeks ago, longtime editor Jason Horton accepted a new position with the city of Woodburn, and now β and the timing is completely coincidental β itβs my turn to let readers of this newspaper know that I will be moving on as well.
