Kennedy's first-ever boys team state championship has been put on display along Highway 214 in Mount Angel with a sign commemorating the baseball team's 2012 accomplishment.
MOUNT ANGEL — In June, the Kennedy High School baseball team beat Weston-McEwen 10-4 in the state championship game in Keizer, and little time was wasted in finding a good way to let the world know about it.
