The Honda Civic, driven by Tiffany Brewer, 20, of Newberg, came to a rest beside Highway 219 Thursday morning after it crossed the center line and collided with a truck, driven by a Woodburn man. All involved in the crash have been treated for non-life threatening injuries, but Brewer was cited for a DUII-drugs, among other charges.
A Newberg woman has been cited for several charges, including driving under the influence of drugs, following a
two-vehicle crash Thursday morning on Highway 219.
