Despite its history as a car dealership, the Woodburn City Council has now freed the former Miles Chevrolet property directly west of the Interstate 5 interchange from a requirement that the site be used only for automobile-related sales and service.
WOODBURN — After a large commercial building sat vacant for several years, the Woodburn City Council came to the conclusion that it made no sense to keep an obsolete and restrictive zoning ordinance attached to the property.
